Chest pain related to a heart attack? - dull heart pain more condition_symptoms

I was watching TV and suddenly a dull pain in the middle of the chest between my breasts, maybe a little more left. The pain was about 30 seconds, then gradually decreased, but returned after a minute and was on and off like that for 5 minutes, then disappeared. I had no other symptoms, just this dull pain in the chest.
Is this a symptom of heart problems, or even a heart attack? Or just bad indigestion [I had a dinner for 30 minutes before it happened]? Or maybe do something with it, as they stretched on the couch? Thank you.
