In Chinese Medicine how are nerves and nervousness treated? - chinese medicine

I know I'm nervous, and nervous problems. Are not bound by the emotional aspect of the "I cooperate" and look very professional if I'm really chew.

This would be handled in person. Chinese medicine works holistically, that is, treating the whole person should be taken to all new, here is not possible.
Have you seen her doctor about this? You can be a form of psychotherapy, or some of them have found links to acupuncturists. You will find a Shiatsu practitioner in the network that are there for you on the spot. Or go to Tai Chi and Chi Gung classes with movements of Chinese medicine that helps to rest.

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture points are located on the meridians through which qi, life energy, flows. It is not known anatomical or histological basis of the existence of acupuncture points or meridians.

Acupuncture and modern texts presented as ideas that are useful in clinical practice. According to the NIH consensus statement on acupuncture, the traditional concepts of Chinese medicine "can be difficult with the current biomedical information to reconcile, but also retains an important role in the patient assessment and formulation of the game acupuncture.

Some people find relaxation with this practice, but real good medicine from China are herbal remedies, yoga and meditation to relieve to anxiety and stress
