What is the best way to send massive amounts of thank-yous? - thank yous for coaches

We had about 370 people at our wedding and we have a lot of donations in cash, but also a variety of variables other gifts. I want my thank you as soon as I can, but I'm not sure how to do best. My husband proposed to create form letters, but I'm not sure how to do and it's personal. Suggestions?
